How pricing works

What decides the price

The price follows the service, how long your nails are, the shape, how much art you want and what is on your nails already. Diem shows the price of each service on the booking page when you choose a time.

What the consultation covers

For a new set or a design, text a picture first. We talk about length, shape and color, and Diem tells you how long it will take before you book. A picture is the easiest way to start.

Deposits

No deposit is needed to book. If you can't make a time, please tell Diem early so someone else can have it.

Canceling or running late

Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a time. If you are running late, call or text; after 15 minutes the service may be shortened or the visit moved.

Add-ons and changes on the day

Art on a few nails, a repair or a removal can be added at the table. Diem tells you what it adds in time and in price before she starts.

Tipping

Tips are welcome and never expected. If you would like to leave one, it goes straight to Diem, on the booking page or at the table.
