What people ask first
Can I just walk in?
No. The studio is by appointment, so each client has the table and Diem's time to herself. Book on the booking page or text.
How do I book?
Choose a service and a time on the booking page, or text Diem. There is no deposit. She confirms by text the day before.
How long does a set take?
A soft-gel set takes about an hour and a half to two hours. Fills and manicures are shorter, and every line on the menu shows its time.
What is the difference between gel color, builder gel and soft-gel extensions?
Gel color is color cured on your own nails. Builder gel is a strong clear or tinted layer over your own nails. Soft-gel extensions add length with a soft-gel tip or form. Diem will tell you which suits your nails.
Do I need to book removal?
Yes, if you are wearing gel or soft-gel from another salon. Say so when you book and the time is set aside for it. Please don't pull gel off yourself.
Can I bring a picture?
Please do. Text it ahead or show it at the table. Diem will tell you honestly what will work on your nails and how long it will take.
What if a nail lifts?
Tell Diem within a week and she will look at it and make it right.
How do you clean your tools?
Metal tools are cleaned and disinfected between clients, and each client gets a new file and buffer. Diem will show you if you would like to see.
Can I bring a friend or a child?
A friend can sit on the sofa, and a child can sit quietly with an adult who stays with them. The table is for one client at a time.
How does pricing work?
The price follows the service, your length and shape, and how much art you want. The booking page shows it when you choose a time. There is more on the pricing page.
